Triumph Rocket 3 Black Edition 2021, for Collectors


The British brand unveils the 2021 Triumph Rocket 3 Black Edition.

After learning about the new and revamped Classic family, Triumph continues to release more new features.

The best muscle bike on the planet, with 2,500 c.c. and three cylinders, it is updated to the Euro 5 and launches two limited editions, 1,000 units with certificate, the Rocket 3 R Black and the Rocket 3 GT Triple Black, focused on the cruiser touring.

In both models, black is the predominant color absolutely throughout the motorcycle, on the chassis, swingarm, wheels -17 and 16 “-, suspensions, tank -18 l-, covers, headlight, instrumentation, engine, exhausts, levers, cams, or handlebar.

In addition, the front fender is made of carbon fiber and the GT combines three different shades of black, hence its name Triple Black.

As for its three-cylinder engine in longitudinal line -4T, LC, 12V, DOHC, IE, Euro 5- with transmission by cubic cardan 2.458 c.c. and delivers 167 hp, with a gigantic torque of 221 Nm at 4,000 rpm.

In the cycle part, the multiadjustable Showa suspensions stand out, with a 47 mm inverted fork, a double 320 mm front brake disc with Brembo Stylema calipers, and the 20-spoke cast aluminum wheels.

They incorporate all the safety electronics with IMU, ABS and traction control sensitive to inclination, four driving modes, assistant for hill start, double full led headlight, remote key start, cruise control, USB socket under the seat and screen TFT, with optional mobile connectivity and My Triumph app.

The more touristic GT includes slightly advanced footpegs, a more foamed seat – at 750mm, 773mm on the R – and a passenger backrest. Obviously there is no lack of a generous line of accessories of all kinds.

Both will be available in April.
