The Price of the New BMW R18 Classic is Already Known

Finally, the Munich brand has announced the price of its newest and, at the same time, more classic motorcycle: we are talking about the BMW R18 Classic.

The motorcycle with the largest displacement engine ever produced by the German factory, the R 18 1,801 cc “Big Boxer”, is a stylish cruiser that comes with semi-rigid panniers and a large windshield.

Recall that the R 18 has a double cradle steel chassis and conventional fork with covered bars, as in the bikes of the last year. It also mounts a hard-tail swingarm with a cantilever monoshock.

It is finished off with spoke rims, double front and single rear disc brakes with ABS and semi integral braking.

Like the R 18, its standard electronic equipment is very complete, with remote key start, traction control, MSR engine brake control and three driving modes.

The modes are called Rain, Rock and Roll, where Rock is the highest power mode available, Roll is for flattening, and Rain is for sliding floor.

It also incorporates full LED lighting and a single-chrome-dial analog instrumentation with a small LED screen. And there is more standard equipment, such as Hill Start Control, hill start assistant, or electric reverse gear.

In addition, the option to mount cornering lights is also available.

As for the engine of the BMW R 18 Classic, it is the same Big Boxer of the R 18 of 1,801 cc.

The first version on sale will be the R 18 Classic First Edition. This version has exclusive aesthetic details, such as white filleting and the standard versions will arrive.
