Benelli TRK 502 X 2021: Bestseller Upgrade to Euro5

The Benelli TRK 502 X 2021 conforms to the Euro5 regulations, but in addition, the successful Benelli trail features several updates for the upcoming season.

The 2021 DOHC parallel twin engine complies with Euro5 pollution regulations, but maintains maximum power of 47.6 hp (35 kW) at 8,500 rpm and maximum torque of 46 Nm at 6,000 rpm. The engine has undergone modifications in the exhaust system, specifically in the catalytic converter. The control unit has also been varied, to achieve a more linear response and the transmission ratio, to achieve better acceleration.

The multi-tube steel chassis does not change. The TRK 502 X has a 50mm upside down fork with 140mm of travel. Behind it is a monoshock adjustable in rebound, compression and spring preload, and a 62mm travel.

At the level of the brakes, it has two front discs, 320 mm in diameter with two-piston calipers, while behind we find a 260 mm diameter disc at the rear, both trains with ABS.

The 19″ front and 17″ rear spoke wheels are made of aluminum alloy and are fitted with 110/80 and 150/70 tires respectively. The TRK 502 X also features an exhaust with a raised outlet, compared to the standard TRK 502, which has an exhaust under the engine.

The aluminum inset handguards are now personalized with the TRK logo, as well as on the mirrors. The updated handlebar is adjustable to suit the ergonomics of each driver, as well as the clutch lever, also adjustable. The cuffs can be heated as an option.

The driver and passenger seats are now more comfortable, and the passenger grill-handle assembly is newly designed.

The Benelli TRK 502 X 2021 will have a new yellow finish. The standard TRK 502 features new graphics and new plastics textures. As in the “X” version, the switches are backlit. The mirrors and grips (both now with the TRK logo) and the handlebar, which can now be adjusted, also vary. As with the 502 X, heated grips can be optionally fitted.

Remember that this version is more focused on asphalt and mounts both 17 “wheels (instead of the 19″ and 17” of the X), with 120/70 and 160/60 tires, and with alloy wheels instead of radios. The suspension travels are 135mm and 45mm, front and rear, respectively.
